The trunk of the Eucalyptus trees usually have a dark brown rough crumbly bark which sheds as the tree grows. You can pick knobbly shards of the bark that fall off onto the ground around the tree as it grows. This is gumtree bark which gives a beautiful deep dark brown to the wool.
With 80% extra-fine merino and 20% Nylon, this yarn is strong and durable. This yarn is perfect for all projects including socks, garments, shawls and accessories. Yarns are in-stock and ready to ship!
